It seemed as if Cheeks' front two teeth were loose FOREVER! And since teeth-pulling is the one thing NOT in my job description, it looked like they would just fall out on their own.
Fortunately, we didn't have to wait that long. The kids had a routine check-up at the dentist who according to the blonde one, "pulled her tooth out like MAGIC!"
With the first front tooth gone, it became that much more apparent how loose the second one truly was. It was DANGLING people. Ew! While getting ready for her first dance show, she popped in a few Cheerios to snack on and got more than she bargained for. The tooth started bleeding. Again, EW! She tried eating again later and got the same results when she bit into a Sonic hot dog.
So when we got home, I gave her a paper towel to help clean up the mess. She wrapped it around the tooth and with one slight tug, it was out.
I'm not sure what made her happier:: pulling her own tooth or being able to eat again.
Even without her two front teeth, she's the most beautiful 6 yr old I know.
