Sharing a Small Moment

One of my favorite reads every week is Nichole's from In These Small Moments &  I'm fortunate enough to be spending a little time with her today. 

I'm sharing a story about my sweet little baby that is no longer a baby.  This fall is going to bring many changes in my house and I'm not sure if I'm ready.
