It's Pouring here..

It's really just one of those days  weeks where I feel like that girl.  I just want to scream out in frustration.  Or throw something.   Preferably throwing & screaming at the same time.  Basically, what I'm saying is  I want to have a good ole fashion temper tantrum. 

Why you ask?  I'll tell you why.  Because everything around me is falling apart.   In the past 5 weeks, we have had to replace and/or repair:

• the a/c unit for the upstairs
• the boat dock at our river place
• my dog's ACL
• our boat (ended up being nothing)
• the Tahoe
• the Altima (it died while on the way to the shop to get the truck)

We've dropped roughly $5000 on this crap.  Every time I swipe that card to fix something, all I see are all of the shoes, purses & other things that I could have had. 

N joked that he was going to break his arm in the next few days when he overheard me saying, "what else is gonna go wrong."  I looked at him with all seriousness & told him that if he does, it's not getting fixed.  At least not professionally.  I'm sure we could whip something up with some duct tape & hot glue.  Can't you fix everything with those?

I'm done having my pity party.  For now.  Maybe I'll feel better tomorrow.  We'll see.
